Australia's first marketplace for verified medical certificates.
Operating proof: I'm in a founder's seat right now, with all the runway-math and decision-load that comes with it.
What happened
What it is: Australia's first marketplace for verified medical certificates, solving the 'sunk cost' inefficiency in industrial recruitment.
What I do: Lead both the technical product build and the commercial go-to-market strategy. B2B pipeline to early-adopter mining services companies. Multi-channel acquisition (LinkedIn, SEO, paid media) on the candidate side. Investor pitches and partnership negotiations translating technical value props into non-technical ROI.
How it's designed: I built the 'Shared Value' business model, allowing hiring companies to recoup medical costs while candidates deploy instantly. The product reduces candidate drop-out rates by removing the 2-week friction of booking new medical tests. The platform is full-stack Next.js with a privacy-first consent engine compliant with Australian Privacy Principles.
Why it matters for advisory clients: I don't advise founders abstractly. The product velocity, runway anxiety, investor relationship, and hiring trade-offs I help you navigate — I'm navigating the same ones in parallel.
